Charles Lammers represents individuals under prosecution or investigation in criminal matters. He is a tested courtroom advocate with over 20 years trial experience representing persons in serious cases in both Federal and State Trial Courts. Before entering private practice he worked as an Assistant Federal Public Defender, State Felony Prosecutor, and Assistant State Public Defender. His practice is based on the principle that a lawyer who has the skill and determination to take a case through trial to verdict gets the best results.
There is no template. There is no formula. Each case is carefully investigated. Ample time is spent with each client uncovering favorable facts. The size of the practice is limited to ensure each case is thoroughly prepared. No shortcuts are taken. Courtroom experience in tough cases has convinced him the lawyer’s attitude, dedication, and professional commitment to the client make the difference in every case.
Charles Lammers was born in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in Political Science and Law. Before college he served in the U.S. Army with the 12th Cavalry Regiment and was honorably discharged.
